Deep in the woods in upstate New York, there is a secret garden. Here there are women who have disappeared, who have been transformed into stone statues, works of art “created” by a horrifying monster.

 

Eloise Guerrero is a student at Weldoff College, a women’s liberal arts college near the town of Seddiner. Early in the semester, Eloise learns about the disappearance of town local Jewell Laurent, and how little effort the Seddiner police are putting into solving the case. As she takes up the cause about Jewell’s disappearance. After a while more women begin to go missing.

 

Eloise begins dealing the fantastic, desperately trying to unravel a mystery. She must confront and stop a monster before this horror claims her as well.
